Giant Spiders are a Team Antagonist spawned via the Spider Spawn Random Event. They are available as a ghost role and come in two varieties: regular tarantulas and clown spiders.
Playing As
Giant spiders don't have many options - bite anyone who comes within range, and use webs to cover escapes. If stuck in a room, they can pry open airlocks.
Fighting Against
A crew member armed with a crowbar can usually take out a giant spider on their own, but will likely be severely injured in the attempt. A Security member can easily dispatch them with their pistol in only a few shots, though be sure not to cause friendly fire.
The pink blood of a Clown Spider is slippery, so be sure to walk on top of it.
