This proposal is being implemented by agreement of User:UpAndLeaves, User:RedBookcase, and User:Aliser. If you wish to change the proposal or add something, please leave a comment on this talk page, on a User Talk page of any of the three who agreed, or on the Discord channel #guidebook-and-wiki.

The basic idea is that there is an "X" page for an overview of the department and jobs and mechanics, and an "X Department" page for the locations within it. It is currently undetermined whether the sub-locations should get their own page, so for now merely the basic changes will be implemented.
