Contains categories that are populated using templates.

• A template that's populating a category when used should be marked with {{Template populates categories}}, with each category it populates listed as numerical arguments, like so:

{{Template populates categories|cat1|cat2|catN}}

• A category which is populated by a template should be marked with {{Category populated using templates}}, with templates that populate it listed as numerical arguments, like this:

{{Category populated using templates|template1|template2|templateN}}
