What Are Bounties?

Bounties are requests from Central Command (CentComm) for miscellaneous items. You can find what bounties are available, as well as the reason Centcomm are requesting the items, at the Cargo Bounty Computer, located inside of the Cargo. (It tends to be right next to the ordering computer).

The items you need for a bounty can be of varying difficulty, anywhere from just a couple of dead mice, all the way up to a Human Brain. There are a large amount of different things Centcomm may request and/or order, and it is up to Cargo to work with the crew, and salvage, to fill out these orders for a MASSIVE payout.

Completing an order

So you have collected the items Centcomm have requested, and you are ready to ship them off to complete the order. Don't be too hasty, Centcomm LOVES their paperwork, and won't pay you properly without a label on the crate stating it is specifically to fulfill the bounty they placed.

To ensure CentComm pays you correctly for the items, you must print a copy of the Bounty Request Form from the Cargo Bounty Computer and attach it to the crate containing the order. Once the crate has been labelled and loaded, load it onto the cargo shuttle, and send the shuttle off to the trade outpost! Easy as pie, and you will receive the payout promised to you on the bounty board!
