You can make these as a chemist or anyone with access to chemicals, bruise packs, cloth, access or friends in Hydroponics, and lastly, a microwave.
What you need exactly is: 1 Bruise pack (med packs or medical), 1 Cloth (take a knife and tear up clothes), 1 Poppy (Found in Hydroponics), 20 Cryptobiolin in beaker, 20 Tranexamic Acid in beaker.
Put into a microwave for 10 seconds.
The product will be 10 Medicated Sutures.
