The medical techfab can be found in medical departments across the stations. Materials can be gotten from cargo, and NOT from disassembling the station's chairs, tables, and windows. The medvends have limited supplies of topicals, so this is a great way to keep medical up and running in the face of plasma fires, syndicate gun-downs, and massive hemorrhaging events.
