You can make these as a chemist or anyone with access to chemicals, Ointment, cloth, access or friends in Hydroponics, and lastly, a microwave.

What you need exactly is: 1 Ointment (med packs or medical), 1 Cloth (take a knife and tear up clothes), 1 Aloe (Found in Hydroponics), 20 Sigynate in beaker, 20 Dermaline in beaker.

Put into a microwave for 10 seconds.

The product will be 10 Regenerative Mesh.
