The Musician is primarily a roleplaying role, however, this does not mean you cannot jam out in non-roleplay circumstances. You are a glorified Passenger (with cool sunglasses) whose purpose is to play midis on Instruments for the crew.

You start with a saxophone and acoustic guitar for playing music. You can also use your PDA for playing songs if you happen to not have any instruments.

Using any instrument first requires that you have a MIDI file for playing music. Once you have one, simply press "Play MIDI" and select the MIDI file for playing.

You can also join a band by pressing "Join Band" and selecting the band leader, allowing others to play together. You can also play multiple instruments and join your band, allowing for a one-man band!
