Hospitality Operating Procedure
Serving Service
As a member of the Service Department aboard Nanotrasen's research stations you are tasked with keeping morale up, the station clean, and the crew fed. Your are the backbone of the station and the most diverse department by far.
Your goal as a member of the Service Department should be to assist and accommodate your fellow crew.
Janitorial Servicing of Hazardous Materials
During shifts there may be chemical spills, or a bio-hazard leak. In these cases the janitor is a sorely needed person.
In each janitorial office there should be at least one "L-3 Biohazard Locker". Inside will lie a bio-hazard suit that should be worn at all times when cleaning Hazardous Materials.
The Kitchen & Standards of Food Quality
Here at Nanotrasen we expect a certain quality of meals provided to our crews, to ensure this we have created a procedure of what food is constituted as quality.
Food Quality is graded based on a star rating - ☆☆☆
Each ☆ rated food item adds to the quality of the dish, the overall quality is calculated by adding up the stars from the ingredients used.
At Nanotrasen a rating of at least one star is required for the food to be considered edible.
