Instruments are a category that includes things that can be played via MIDI files or input. Instruments are only for entertainment, and don't really have a use outside making sick beats.
There are many instruments, most of which can be found in the Big Band Collection Crate from Cargo. Otherwise, they can be found spawning on the map, be made with Crafting, or spawn on the Musician.
List of Instruments
This list is missing many instruments, but still contains common instruments.
