A modular grenade is an explosive weapon that can be Crafted using the Craft hotkey.
How to Craft
- Press the Craft hotkey (e.g. 'G')
- Put it on the ground
- Get 1 LV cable in your active hand
- Left click the modular grenade on the ground with the cable
- Get a timer trigger from a Protolathe in your active hand
- Left click the modular grenade on the ground with the timer trigger
- Get a chemical payload from a Protolathe in your active hand
- Put it on the ground next to the modular grenade
- put chemicals into 2 beakers (e.g. Phosporous, Sugar & Potassium to make smoke) e.g. from a Chemical Dispenser
- Left click the chemical payload on the ground with the two beakers
- pick up the chemical payload (with nothing in your hand)
- Left click the modular grenade on the ground with the chemical payload
- pick up grenade
- right click on it to set timer (the default 5 seconds)
- click Use hotkey
- Click the Throw hotkey
